Job ID: 31960 | | The BOSS Group is partnering with an exciting, stable and leading company in Jersey City, NJ to identify a talented Senior Interface Designer for an excellent career opportunity. Qualified candidates will possess at least five years of interface design experience with expertise in HTML, CSS, Flash and JavaScript and proven skills using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Our client offers an attractive compensation package including great benefits and a salary of $62,500.
The Senior Interface Designer:
- Designs and develops online interfaces using an innovative integration of composition, typography and graphic design elements
- Creates outstanding interfaces that contain interactivity and user interface content initiatives
- Examines data and user feedback to institute adjustments to online interface to improve user experience and drive usage
- Ensures brand and user experience consistency is met across all projects
- Works with Product Developers to integrate functionality necessary with user experience
Qualified candidates must:
- Offer at least 5 years interface design experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager
- Hold a Bachelor's of Arts degree
- Have expert skills using Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
- Possess strong knowledge of limitations and capabilities of standard interface technologies, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Be comfortable gathering and assessing web analytics
- Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work under minimal direction and use independent judgment in decision-making
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
