The BOSS Group is partnering with a manufacturing company in Bergen County, NJ to identify an excellent candidate for the position of Pay Per Click Strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns and efforts as well as manage relationships with external PPC agencies in order to meet sales and revenue targets. You will provide analysis and report on global sales activity. We're looking for a leader and PPC expert with the skills to won this process with passion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage campaign, keyword and ad copy development and direction
  • Partner with organization executives and stakeholders to adjust data and broaden reporting to support business needs
  • Ensure visibility of product line by revising Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns
  • Increase new customer leads and web conversions
  • Act as a liaison with external PPC agencies
  • Organize testing of ad positions, copy and landing pages
  • Determine level of spend with agencies in order to meet ROI expectations
  • Analyze and utilize information to help improve search ranking, overall traffic and value of traffic
  • Track and analyze impact optimization projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
  • At least three (3) years PPC e-commerce experience; B2B a plus
  • Current knowledge of B2B SEM and SEO best practices
  • Expertise with tools such as Google Analytics and Coremetrics
  • Familiarity with bid management software such as Bid Rank
  • Proficiency with Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, MSN AdCenter and Ask Jeeves PPC
  • Proven experience with Affiliate Marketing, e-commerce consumer electronics industry and/or large product lines
  • Experience with International SEM, PPC and Shopping Feeds
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate and Profit Margins
  • Familiarity with A/B and Multi-variate testing
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well as independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
